how to restore ical in os x 10.75

I somehow deleted a calendar from iCal and all the ical events are gone. I clicked the wrong button 😟 When they went 'bye 'bye from my MacBookPro they also disappeared from iCloud. I cannot restore them from Time Machine (thank you very much Apple 😠) or from Carbon Copy Cloner Back Up (Apple again???). Is there a way to get them back. I know the data is still somewhere in the bowels of my computer!
