How do I back up contacts from Lotus Notes to icloud?

iCloud is not a backup system, use Windows backup or a 3rd party backup.

Csound1. OK. Thanks. Asked the question wrong. iclould is not picking up my contacts, but it is supposed to, right? There is an icon on the icloud dashboard for contacts.
There is a checkbox for Mail, Contacts Calendars and Tasks in the iCloud Control Panel, have you checked it?
Csound1. My contral panel looks different. There is no box to check for Mail, Contacts,... like yours shows. I only have boxes to check for Bookmarks and Photo Stream (like yours).
Do you not have Outlook on your machine?

Then you can't use iCloud, Outlook is the only supported client for a Windows machine. You can go to www.icloud.com and import your Notes contacts to iCloud. The file must be in vCard format.
