Q: I purchased an iPod Nano from a yard sale - new in box.  Once I connected it, it says "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer" (my MAC)  What does this mean?  It says "initialize, Ignore, or Eject"; iPod screen says Do Not DisconnectHELP

I purchased a "new in box" (looks it), iPod Nano from a yard sale.  Description is above on what happened ... can I get this iPod to work, or is there something wrong with it?  Thank you.
