Q: Why cant I cancel my iMatch subscription

I had an ipod for a week, returned it, and cant cancel my subscription to iTunes Match.

Tried following the extreemly vague directions to cancel, but to no use.

No current outstanding orders anywhere 9and apple has said this will auto renew unless I cancel, which it wont let me do)

Please help.

You'll need to contact iTunes Store support directly to actually cancel the subscription.

To turn off Auto-Renew for iTunes Match - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4914

If you want a refund on your iTunes Match Subscription you should contact Apple Support at https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action and use the following path: iTunes > iTunes Store > Purchases, Billing & Redemption > Apple ID account billing. Once you click on the blue "Continue" button you should be taken to a new page and below any suggested solutions you will have the option to call Apple Support, chat with an advisor or email them your query.
