i tunes wont install correctly

ive tried to download itunes three times to my windows laptop,

the system runs and everything seems to work but when i then try to open it up it says the entry point wasnt found and then the itunes wasnt installed correctly.

this is extremely annoying as i can not tranfer any music from my laptop to my phone
