file sharing is not in system preferences

File sharing does not display in the 'Sharing' Section of System Preferences.

I have Mac OS X Server Version 10.6.8

This is what I see?

What the ****?

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Hello JamsDizz,

With OS X Server 10.6, File Sharing settings will be relocated to Server Preferences.
