Q: Apple Airport express Repeat my netgear WNDR3700?

Is it possible to use the Apple Airport express to Repeat my netgear WNDR3700?

(Repeat: Create a new network _EXT , for the second floor , without use wires)

 

On the first floor I've a Netgear WNDR3700

At the third floor I've got bad signal

Is it possible to use the Apple Airport Express to Repeat* my Netgear network? Without Wires?

 

*Repeat means I create a new EXTENDER network for the second and third floor

I already had 2 repeater the signal was good , WN2000RPT and now theseWN3500RP , but I cannot connect to the repeater only , so I've to connect to my router downstairs which has bad signal .

I want to use another brand in Combination with my netgear WNDR3700 , do anyone have suggestions?

    No, you would need to use another Netgear product for that purpose.

    Powerline works for some users in some homes but not others. The bottom line is that it is unpredictable, so if you decide to try this type of product, it would be a good idea to understand the store's return policy before you buy.

     

    You cannot know whether the products will work in your home until you try them out.
