How come Face Time works on my ipad with wifi but not when I'm connected to 3G?
Do you have a 3rd gen iPad or newer?
Does your cellular provider support facetime over 3G?
Does your cellular plan allow FaceTime over 3G?
Yes, I do have 3rd gen IPad.
Celluar provider does support FaceTime over 3G, I confirmed it with my provider.
I did a reboot as advised and still doesn't work on 3G, only on wifi.
Do you have it enabled in Settings > Cellular Data > Use Cellular Data for: FaceTime?
i have no celluar data in my settings!
I can use email and Safari but can't sign in with face time. Any other suggestions? Thank you for your help.

So on the main page of settings, you have nothing that says "Cellular"? If you go in to Settings>General>About, what is the model number of your iPad?
