is it possible to get IMEI or serial number from internet or itunes (I lost my phone with it's box in metro). it was iphone 4s and I have signed in plural time with my phone into itunes or apple ID ,but I don't know does it helps to get those numbers in order to chase my phone 😟

If you have ever backed up the phone in iTunes-
In iTunes go to Edit>Preferences>Devices and hover the mouse over the device name - it should tell you what you want
it may be on the box somewhere
when I many years ago lost my htc phone and the cops wanted the IMEI to block it I found it on the box

No, there is no way to track an iPhone via either the IMEI or the serial number. If you did not set up Find My iPhone and your carrier does not offer any sort of tracking service, there is no way you can track your iPhone. Notify the police and change password to any services you may have used from your iPhone, such as the iTunes Store.
