Q: I've lost my calenders after trying to sync with my mac - how do i get them back?

As the title says, I went to sync the two devices having spent about 3 hours on my ipad comppiling all my work rosters and other events for the next 17 months!

When I tried to, all but one of the calendars now appear as icloud calendars and I have lost all the work i have done - pee'd off to say the least!
