my 13' new macBook Pro which i bought last month, keeps once it is started.the colorful ball keeps revolving n i cant do anything except to force quite it.does anybody has idea>

i tried to open it in restore mode, Checked for disk utility but couldnot fine list of hard disk like 500GB....... them i tried to restore my mac using time machine back up but i couldnot proceed as i didn't have set up it before. Lastly i tried to reinstall iox mountain loin, but after i agreed the term n condition it asked me to select for hard dsk wher i want to install. as is previous case i didn't find any list of hard disk.


Is there anything i can do more ?
