I have just download iTunes 11.0.3.42 and I keep getting error 42404 I have uinstalled and reinstalled a number of times and no luck can any one help i have tried to restore system but now it keeps saying i have installed new version of itune and will not restore to old version that worked.
could do with some help

Do you have Skype installed? Can QuickTime player open any files?
