I'm assuming you want your bulletin to fit on the left and right halves of a Landscapre oriented standard page.

The closest to this in the supplied templates is the "Catering Brochure" template. Another one that will fit is the "Landscape Borchure." The main differences between the two are the image layouts nd the number of columns of text on the final pages.

An examination of how these are constructed (mostly text boxes for the text and image placeholders for the graphics) should give you some ideas of the tools to use for your bulletin.

Create your sample bulletin, then save it as a template. Open that template to serve as the base for new bulletins.
