File in Finder can't open, erase

I have two files (cursor arrow pointing them out on screen shot). They appear as "Favorite" files in "Finder". I can't open, move, ... do anything with them. When I use the cursor and push down on the mousepad (to select, open) them, I get the white circle (with the interior diameter line).

Please advise me on what to do? I've tried using disk repair (Apple) and "Clean my Disk", "Clean my Drive" with no effect. I have a MacBookPro 13" (plus a Macbook Air, IPhone 3, older Apple's on the shelf...) running MAC OS 10.7.5, Processor 2.53 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 Gb 1067 MHz DDR3,...

Help me please?

Harvey
