I wish to copy my Itunes music files from my macbook pro onto a USB for use in a PC . Apparently I need to have it in fat32 format. I have about 3,000 music files. Appreciate any help.

I wish to copy my 3,000 ITunes music files from my Macbook pro onto a USB (only) for use in a separate windows PC . I understand they have to be in fat32 format. Will appreciate a how-to. Thanks.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Format the drive as MS-DOS from the Disk Utility or FAT32 or exFAT from Windows if needed, connect it to a Mac, locate the files in the Finder, and drag them onto the drive.
