Q: tmobile iphone 5 not getting visual voice mail

I purchased an iPhone 5 at tmobile but I'm not seeing the visual voicemail option only regular voicemail. Any suggestions on how to update my tmobile iphone 5 to get visual voicemail? Thanks

Have you tried this: Apple - Support - iPhone - Voicemail Troubleshooting or iPhone: Troubleshooting voicemail issues - Support - Apple

Also, make sure you are up to date (should be at Version 6.1.4 in Settings > General > About
