My Bluetooth doesn't work

I have an iPhone 5 A1429 and I've had it for about 3 months now. My bluetooth doesn't connect or even find other bluetooth devices. I tried connecting to another iPhone 5 and nothing showed up on both devices. I connected once with a sound system. Help plz.
