What do I have to do to get this latest update to load?

Hi! These files controls the update process. Some kind of error can corrupt or damage it. After deleting, everything works fine.
Go to your hard drive, select the Library folder, the scroll down to the Update folder, then move the items in the folder to the trash.

Unfortunately, after deleting the contents of the Library/Updates folder, when attepting to uptate from iTunes 11.0.2 within the iTunes App, the App Store comes back with "No Updates Available".

Update from the "Software Updates" after clicking on the Apple on the top left corner of your screen.
I have done all this and emptied Trash before trying to install updates. Still getting 103 error
