Q: Change the price of my book online

log into itunesconnect.apple.com, then go to "Manage Your Books", click on your book, top right click on button "Rights and Pricing", then "Edit Existing Territories" select markets you want to change price for (or click on "Select A''), pick currency, set the price and then bottom right click on "Continue".

you have to pick date, so ibookstore can know since _when_ you want to change price.

as price effective date you can pick today, so it change immediately and as 'price end date" you can set "No End Date".

if this doesn't work, then you will need to use iTunes Producer to do it.

did you try to publish it as new book?

in the main screen just type there Apple ID of the book, it will search for your existing book and then you can modify information and re-publish it. like if you are re-delivering new version of the existing book.

The path is different for me. Login then click on My Books, then the book, then Rights and Pricing
