why can't i place order to qvc from ipad ?

when i try to place an order to qvc i get the message "unable to complete transaction online"

I have called qvc and they reset my password but still can't order

iPad, iOS 6.1.3

What are you using the access the site, Safari or the QVC app?

  1. The web site may not be compatible with Safari (in which case you might try an alternate browser such as iCab Mobile, Chrome, etc - there are quite a few available). Also, you might try clearing browser cache (Settings app > Safari > Clear History, and Clear Cookies and Data)
  2. The App has a lot of negative reveiws, althought I'm not sure there are any relating to your specific issue.
