command R does not work to boot my system? what can i do? but also the cloud sign do not appear , so what is the problem?

In addition, i took out the hardware ,RAM and also keyboard , but nothing did not happend.Moreover the safemode also could not help us.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Are there any external Devices connected?

Does it boot to Single User Mode, CMD+s keys at bootup, if so try...

/sbin/fsck -fy

Repeat until it shows no errors fixed.

(Space between fsck AND -fy important).

Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck...
