Q: Can't Publish my collection because it says 0 items

I've seen this issue posted previously but can't find a solution. I am uploading videos (as I've done before) properly formatted. Apple hosted. I am uploading only 1 or 2 videos to this collection. I've tried several times and it won't let me publish. It's giving me a warning that I have 0 items in my collection. When multiple times I've uploaded videos and they appear to be there when I go to the actual collection.... Thoughts/solutions....

This is not a solution, but after several attempts of loading and reloading, it finally worked. I went back and hid the collections, then unhid, then re-saved.... then suddenly it allowed me to publish?!? Maybe an Apple issue....
