had power outage last night and wifi printer will not acknowledge wifi even after hooking up to printer via USB cord

We had a power outage last night,and my printer will not get recognized by my computer,I have wifi and I even used a USB to connect my computer to the printer to get it to recognize the printer and it still will not do so. Also I would like to know if I could use my Iphone 4 to print from it,and how to get it to work if that is possible. Oh and once I had connected the USB it did print of course,but once I unplugged the printer from the computer it did not recognize the printer once again. Anyone have any suggestions out there? Thank You Great@60

Have you tried re-configuring the printer to join the wireless network using the printer's control panel? It's possible you may need to reset the printing system and start over (all printers will be deleted and need to be added again).

As regards getting the iPhone to print - is the printer Airprint capable? If not, you should be able to get it to work by installing something such as this:
