iTunes Stops working

Ever since the 11.0.3 update whenever I go to start up itunes it errors out and i get a windows explorer box saying itunes has stopped working... looking for solutions. has anyone else experienced this? apple please fix if it is a bug. others let me know if you have experienced this as well, like i have. thanks
