TS 1814: The same happens to macbook pro, whats should i do?

Restored I phone 4(firmware 4.2) to factory seeting but whenever i connect to itunes it says it can not connect to the update server(Phone can not connect to software update server), help please!

Note: I am using macbook pro and my company internet ports to update all the time.

iPhone 4, iOS 4.2
