I can't download music or ibooks anymore...a pop up tells me I have to switch to a store in Canada....what's with that?

Everything on the ipad is working....except it won't allow me to download music or books anymore....a pop up tells me I have to switch to a Canadian store....don't understand, it all worked well last week....Anyone out there able to help me please,

Try going to the bottom of the Music tab in the iTunes store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section.
