I don't know if it actually reset or not--I don't know how to tell--I held down the keys, let up the keys, restarted. Did this twice. Nothing changed re the camera.....

To fix your iSight, shut down computer. Reboot in safe mode (press power button and then hold shift key down). After computer boots, restart again. Hopefully, your iSight will start working again.

May 21, 2013 8:26 PM in response to BGS3921by BGS3921,Nope. Tried the Shift+power button idea and another couple stabs at Shift+control+option+power button option and still getting camera with line thru it icon in PhotoBooth. Darn.
