iTunes asked me to update the software to a newer version, before I backed up the content of my phone I hit the update button, now my phone is in recovery mode and iTunes asking to restore it! it says that 'error 6 occurred' PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
Hi all, need a help here please. apple doesnt have covered 'error 6' in their troubleshooting when updating to newer version, my phone is in recovery mode and asking me to restore which will mean that I will lose all contents! I really do not want to lose pics and any msg! any advise will be appreciated, thank you
