May 21, 2013 12:32 PM in response to 66289convby Demo,If you mean Siri - go to Settings>General>Siri>Off
If you mean VoiceOver ....remember that a double-tap acts like a single tap and you need to use three fingers to scroll when VoiceOver is on:
Press Home.
Tap Settings. Then double-tap Settings.
Tap General. Then double-tap General.
Use three fingers on the screen to scroll to Accessibility.
Tap Accessibility. Then double-tap Accessibility.
Tap VoiceOver. Then double-tap VoiceOver.
Tap "On" next to VoiceOver. Then double-tap "On" to turn it off.

May 21, 2013 1:24 PM in response to 66289convby Demo,I apologize. You did say Voice Control but so many people say one thing and mean something else. And you are in the iPad forum, not the iPhone forum.
For a very quick Google search, I don't know if you can turn it off. Look at sberman's response here.
