Switching SIM from iPhone4 to 4S

I did not have the OS-version required to get the backup from icloud, so I had to start the other iPhone without it. How can I get the backup after downloading the last OS-version ?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3, switching from iPhone4 to iPhone4S
