Add my iPad library to my computer

I want my iPad library on my iPhone 4s but the computer I had all my music on crashed so my iPad is the only thing that has what I want. How do I get it on my computer to my phone I have the first iPad

iPad, iOS 3.1, I have iPhone 4s
