With my Iphone, it seems to be that whenever i plug it in it asks for a Itunes, which i have got, and it gets put into Restoration Mode, so i click Restore and it extracts the software but it doesn't install it onto the iphone but calls it Error 9, is there anyway of getting rid of it, ive tried it with other laptops and USB cords but it doesn't seem to work:/

This error occurs when the device unexpectedly loses its USB connection with iTunes. This can occur if the device is manually disconnected during the restore process. This issue can be resolved by performing USB troubleshooting, using a different USB dock-connector cable, trying another USB port, restoring on another computer, or by eliminating conflicts from third-party security software.
I looked at it and if it means Software on the iphone then theres no way of getting it off, ive removed all files from itunes and that didn't work:/, it goes onto the installing thing then a yellow line goes across the middle and it goes off and back to what it does
It has nothing whatsoever to do with anything on your iPhone nor with iTunes on your computer.
It has to do with a USB problem on your computer or possibly with the USB cord you are using, or a problem with antivirus or security software.
Did you actually read what was provided or just a comprehension problem?
