I followed the steps as you suggested, emptied the temp folder, started the laptop again, but the issue continues. It`s not possible to uninstall the current itunes, the same message above appears.
And the same message appears if I try to install the most recent version of the itunes 11.0.4 without removing the current installed here.
Can`t install version 11.0.3 in my w7 home premium 64bit
