i can enter my password but the JOIN button does not allow me to click it?

i can enter my password for wifi network but JOIN will not allow me to click it only CANCEL is available

Hi kirk254,

The Join button may be greyed out if it is expecting a password of a certain minimum length for the type of security the network is using. The following article has more information about wireless passwords:
