I try to download and install MobileIron on my IPAD by using Web Clip. According to the guide, I have to follow the link to load it onto my Ipad

Could you please tell me where I can find the DEVICE_CLIENT_ID? Any reply is highly appreciated....

I don't see the app on the iTunes App Store. You'd need to get the app from the App Store, I suspect.
I dont either. I want to load apps@work onto my ipad 2, but it's impossible. As far as I know, it just the HTML page and we bookmark it on our device. The point is that I cannot find device client id. Any help is highly appreciated.
The only way to install apps on an iOS device is from the iTunes app store (either directly on the device or via iTunes on a computer). If the app is not in the app store, it cannot be installed on an iOS device.
This is not completely true. Enterprise applications (developed by a company who is part of the enterprise developer program) can be deployed on an iPad, to people who are employees of the company.

Not true. Companies who use an MDM solution can have applications pushed to their devices via configuration profiles
