AppleScript triggered by Create Disc popup window?

I'm wondering if an AppleScript can be made to open an Application whenever Compressors "Create Disc" displays a popup window. For example the "Burn complete" or "Please insert media to burn the disc xxxx" alert. This would be handy when I submit batch with a few burn Blu-ray and DVD job actions setup.

This AppleScript would be set to open a modified version of the AppleScript App from Ben Balser- FCP X Messages, which I'd call Compressor Messages. It would text me when create disc "needs my attention".

Can an AppleScript watch for a notification window to pop up? Or any other creative ways to be notified when create disc needs user input?
