I am working with an ePub3 specific to an iBook and I want to create an 3D Interactive Books but i don't have any documentation related to 3D.
I would like to know whether it is possible to embed or use 3D in ePub3.
Kindly let me know if you have any ideas

You mean it is possible to embed 3D COLLADA using an iBook Author.
I am creating an Interactive eBook with Standard Web Technologies by using Dreamweaver IDE for the development, we don't use iBook Author.
I would like to know how to embed the 3D (*.dae) to the ePub3 contents

there might be some hack maybe that ibooks will be ok with (bcs ibook is based on epub3), but pure epub3 just doesn't support 3D yet (except if you use some extended epub3 reader). google for "gyan epub reader". it should support 3D already.
I am a bit confused what do you mean by "pure epub3"? and "extended epub3 reader"?
Is it possible to embed 3D object in ePub3?
