If you are receiving messages meant for someone else it may simply be that they've given out the wrong address, either by mistyping, or because they are an idiot and think they own it (this sounds bizarre but it really does happen sometimes). If that's what's happening all you can do it ignore it and hope it stops, unless you feel like contacting one of the senders and pointing out the error.
If you send a message to yourself does it arrive normally? Is there any other phenomenon which causes you to think the account has been duplicated? If you sign in at http://icloud.com do you find your own data there?

May 22, 2013 3:50 AM in response to Roger Wilmut1by Leac76,I been receiving emails from various companies with in the UK, one of which I did reply back to saying I hadn't contacted them and they replied to me so I know that they are genuine inquiries from someone of the same name has me. I don't use my icloud address as my main email account but I did send a message from my main account to my icloud account and that did appear has normal. Also my devices (imac, iphone, and ipad) of late keep losing my password to my email account? Which doesn't happen to my hubby who shares the same device has me (iMac)

May 22, 2013 3:58 AM in response to Leac76by Roger Wilmut1,I think it's most probable that someone is giving out your address by mistake: in which case they wouldn't be receiving any of the emails. Was there any indication that there had been any response? - a follow-up message, for example?
You could try contacting iCloud Support, though I don't know how much help you will get.
To contact iCloud Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee. You could try arguing that if there is indeed a duplication it's their fault, as it certainly shouldn't happen, and you therefore shouldn't be charged.
