Problems printing

My Kodak All in one printer which is WiFi prints once and then says it is unable to find the printer and the printer is not connected. Kodak have assisted several times but the problem still continues.

Hi Bramley1,

If your Koday Wi-Fi printer keeps losing its connection and Kodak support was unable to resolve the issue, you may want to try resetting the print system on the Mac, then readding the printer to see if the issue persists. The following articles should have more information on that process (I have included the Reset Printing System articles for both 10.6 and 10.8, as the 10.6 article includes a bit more information on what resetting the printing system does):

Mac OS X: How to reset the printing system

OS X Mountain Lion: Reset the printing system

OS X: Connecting a Wi-Fi printer to your Wi-Fi network

OS X Mountain Lion: Set up a printer to print wirelessly
