Chrome default browser, but occasionally a website link will bring up SAFARI

I use strictly Chrome as my browser because it connects nicely with my android device (sorry iOS lovers).

Occasionally, I will click on a link (for example in Evernote or another webpage) and Safari will come up.

This is not good because I am already processor-bound in the apps I have open, and this just uses more cpu cycles that I don't have to spare. Besides, it's a pain using dual browsers.

How do I set ALL web links to goto Chrome?? OS X-ML (10.8.3)
