Replacement battery

i have the 2010 MBP.. it says i need to replace the battery (yes yes i know i should have used it up and recharge once/month, right?) but if i take t my local Apple store how much $ are we looking at?? like $30-50 or $100's?? how long should it take? same day? can replace on the spot?
