Internet Explorer 10 Right Click Menu Uploading Files Stopps Responding

Anytime you're using IE10 to upload a file to the internet (not a problem with chrom) then you right click on any photo file IE10 stopps responding with iCloud control panel installed. All I have to do is uninstall iCloud control panel & imediately right clicking on photo files with IE10 is not a problem. Signing out of iCloud does not help, disabling Photo Stream does not help iCloud control panel has to be uninstalled.
