When browsing in Safari and I click on a link to another site, I often get the following (or very similar) error message. Does anyone know why?

That is an Adobe Flash error, please visit www.adobe.com and download themost up-to-date version of Flash for OS X.

Thanks to both of you - downloaded the latest Flash and the problem seems to have gone away.
