Email Problems

I've been successfully emails from my windows live account for some time but, all of a sudden, they've stopped and I'm getting the error message 'The server returned the error: The server “pop3.live.com” cannot be contacted on port 995'. I can access the account ok through Safari. Can anyone explain what the problem is/might be?

Hey nackerm,

When troubleshooting issues with email accounts, I find the following information usually points to a resolution:

iOS: Unable to send or receive email

http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3899

If you're still unable to send or receive email, contact your email provider and verify the account settings are correct. You will need to gather this information (PDF).
