Does anyone know where you can download the software to install? And could I use my own serial number for verification?

If you install what you can from disk, you should be able to download the rest via the Logic Pro:Download Additional Content menu item that will show up in the latest versions of Logic (once you have updated Logic irself)

OK... currently I am installing Logic Pro only (without any utilities etc.)
Just for my understanding as my english is (to be honest) not that good:
After the installation there will appear a menu item that will allow me to download the additional content stuff? Is that correct?

Yes, once you have updated Logic to the latest version (9.1.8, and maybe also v9.1.7), you can download all theadditional content from the Logic Pro menu.
You may want to install some/all of the utilities from the main dvd too.
