My son gave the Apple TV last year, now I been having problems with the connection to the network after I installed the last update, I I tried to get some help from the support of Apple, they ask for the serial number, I send it and they tell me that the divice is 5 years old, this is the serial number,CO7HR62GDRH. Can somebody help me and tell how this could happen and if that is the case what generation is my Apple TV ?
