Q: Icloud storage refund
Hi..... I'm from Indonesia, my name is Elisabeth Elly ( just call me, Elly).
I want to share as follows :
I was accidentally bought 50 gb storage on 13 Apr because after upgrade 5 GB to 10 Gb still not enough when backup datas. Reflectly I upgrade to 50 gb and shocked that I need 148 hours for backup my Ipad. Then I tried to downgrade to first storage 5 g, but I could not downgrade it on that time untill I received the receipt (noticed on my Ipad). I tried to find how to get the refund and 22 Apr. i sent email to apple support and have follow up no, and thenn case id on 26 Apr, chat case id on 5 May. I spent for weeks trying hard to find the way how to process the refund, until this moment, more than a month.
The apple support already assisted me to contact the Icloud support, but I have not found the online refund form yet.
I hope I could find the way how to process the refund. Please help me.
