The backup to disk feature was removed as of iTunes 10.4, so you'll need to back up via other methods. It's probably a lot more effective to just copy the entire iTunes folder to an external hard drive or USB flash drive, either manually or by using backup software appropriate for your computer OS. If you need to back up to DVD, you'll need to use third-party backup support that supports backing up to DVDs.

I dont have a back up hard drive, it will have to be dvd's. Any idea on 3rd party? Sorry, im not the sharpest tool in the box concerning this type of thing
Sorry, not having any significant experience with backup software for Windows, I can't make any recommendations. Perhaps someone else here will have a suggestion. Otherwise, you can do a web search for something like "windows backup software reviews" and see what you can turn up.
You might want to consider getting an external hard drive, though. You can get a 500GB USB hard drive for under US $60.
Regards.
