Restore Reinstalled Safari

Recently, Safari seemed to disappear from my iMac using system 10.4.11. I reinstalled the application, now all of my bookmarks do not appear. I see some folders that identify such things a cookies, bookmarks, history, etc. Any chance I can restore Safari to have these items back to where I had them?
