May 22, 2013 1:04 PM in response to han5by KC7GNM,If you are in Saudi Arabia or UAE then you cannot use facetime and it is not included with the phone. As stedman stated there is no facetime icon. It is integrated with your contacts.

If you purchased your phonin the UAE or KAS your phone does not have facetime by law in those countries. There is no way to add facetime and even moving to another country does not make facetime autommagically appear. YOU CANNOT HAVE FACETIME

Go complain to your government about the infringement of your personal rights. It's not Apple's place to do that for you.
