Q: How to download FaceTime

If facetime is not on the phone there is option no to download it. Please note there is no facetime icon, instead it is accessed through the contacts app.

If you are in Saudi Arabia or UAE then you cannot use facetime and it is not included with the phone. As stedman stated there is no facetime icon. It is integrated with your contacts.

There is not a FaceTime app for the iPhone and the only way you can access FaceTime is by clicking:

(From Home Screen):
Phone>'Select Contact'>FaceTime

You have already been told you cannot download it.  If you purchased your phonin the UAE or KAS your phone does not have facetime by law in those countries.  There is no way to add facetime and even moving to another country does not make facetime autommagically appear.  YOU CANNOT HAVE FACETIME

Why?  Because of your country's governmental restrictions.  If your device was from a country that does not legally allow that app, then you cannot ever have it on that device. 

Go complain to your government about the infringement of your personal rights.  It's not Apple's place to do that for you.
